What the 500 Hour Trainings Cover
Pilates Fundamentals & Anantomy
Learn the core principles of Pilates, functional anatomy and body mechanics to build safe, effective classes that support all bodies.
Cueing, Sequencing & Modifications
Master how to cue with confidence, create well-balanced class flows, and adapt exercises for every level and need.
Real Practice & Teaching Experience
